Zejd Tapenade is a unique paste combining the richness of crushed ripe Souri black olives, capers, extra virgin olive oil, garlic, red grape vinegar, lemon juice, and the Mediterranean flavors of thyme, rosemary, and black pepper. It is a delicious black Souri olive spread with strong and bold flavors. This must-have appetizer is usually served alongside bread or crackers.
