Mix 2 tbsp coconut flour, 3 tbsp protein powder, 1/2 tsp baking powder, a pinch of sea salt, 1 tbsp chia seeds, and 1 tbsp shredded coconut flakes in a bowl, and stir. Then add 1 egg, and 4 tbsp almond milk to the mixture, and continue to stir until smooth. Heat a pan coated with coconut oil, pour 2 tbsp of batter and form pancakes.
