BALAMIDA is a kitchen that prepares wild local fish. All our fish is line-caught and we prepare it with great care and skill.

We aim to promote local produce, support our fishing community and encourage more sustainable and intelligent food sourcing in Lebanon.

We produce fresh frozen fillets, for cooking or sashimi-grade for raw consumption, and preserved in oil or other marinades.
Continuously tested and researched in its preparation methods.
Our fish and techniques are natural, healthy and honest. We source locally and aim to stay sustainable.
The tuna jars are dolphin safe and sourced locally from our fishermen.
Packed in premium Lebanese olive oil, they are perfect in salads, sandwiches or pastas and stews.
